How to use this score
Treat the result as an evidence map, not a grade. The useful signal is where the workflow breaks and whether that changes next quarter.
Answer from evidence, not intentions
“Partly” is the honest answer for anything that depends on a specific person being on shift. If you cannot point to where it happens, it is a No.
Read the two “fix first” dimensions
The audit ranks your weakest stages and links the specific tool or template that addresses each. Fixing the worst stage usually moves conversion more than improving a strong one.
Re-run it quarterly
The score is a comparison against your own workflow over time, not an industry benchmark. Three points of movement in a quarter is a real operational change.

Each question scores No = 0, Partly = 1, Yes = 2, for 30 points across five dimensions of three questions each. Bands: 0–10 Reactive, 11–17 Managed, 18–24 Coordinated, 25–30 Engineered. Answers are scored in your browser and never submitted.
